What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns, as they are made specifically for you. We also do not accept returns on sale or clearance items.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to assist with the return process.
